Центрально-Азиатская конференция по мониторингу силами сообществ (CLM) в контексте обеспечения устойчивости систем здравоохранения состоялась 26 сентября в Алматы, Казахстан.

Цель Конференции, организованной Health Advocacy Coalition при поддержке CDC (Центра по контролю за заболеваниями) и ЮНЭЙДС, – установить диалог между сообществами, правительственными организациями и международными организациями для совместного поиска путей улучшения качества данных, получаемых в результате мониторинга силами сообществ, и их легитимности для того, чтобы стать частью национальных систем мониторинга и оценки на государственном уровне.
В обсуждении путей интеграции CLM в национальные системы мониторинга и оценки, а также перспектив развития для обеспечения качаества услуг и политик, приняли участие представители неправительственных организаций из Казахстана, Кыргызстана и Таджикистана, а также партнеры из ЮНЭЙДС, CDC и госудраственных структур.
В своем обращении к участникам Конференции Элеанора Гваздева, Программный советник ЮНЭЙДС, отметила, что "когда путь к интеграции CLM в национальные системы мониторинга и оценки будет найден, выиграют все, а системы здравоохранения сделают ещё один шаг к устойчивости, так как станут ближе к пациенту, более точно и своевременно будут понимать его потребности, что даст возможность оптимизации ресурсов и эффективного планирования."
